Ever since moving to Oregon to work at Intel Corporation, I've been entranced by the beauty of this part of the world. Nature called to me to be photographed, and I finally got the camera I needed to take the pictures that do it justice. What you see below are some of my favorite pictures, and as my skill grows, I hope to be adding more pictures from all over the Northwest with ever-increasing accuracy, clarity, and beauty.
The pictures on these pages were shot with a Canon EOS Elan IIe on Kodak Royal Gold color print film and also on Fuji Velvia slide film. I used both a Canon 28-105mm USM and a Canon 100-300mm USM to capture the images. A Tiffen 52mm circular polarizer was used on various pictures. Enjoy the scenic Pacific Northwest!

A freewheeling tour I did along a subsection of Old Scenic Highway 30, which runs alongside I-84. The subsection I visited started around Ainsworth State Park (on Old Scenic Highway US30) and continued until I got back onto I-84 from the town of Corbett (I-84 exit 22).
