LaTourell Falls was the 6th stop heading west along Old Scenic Highway US30. (Actually, it would be the seventh due to Shepard's Dell State Park but I don't have any pictures of the waterfall there). LaTourell Falls is a very striking fall, with bright lichen growing on the strangely shaped rock formations. The fall is lush with greenery and very refreshing to be around. You can go underneath this fall (if you really want to); getting close to it and having the cool spray hit you is very exhilarating.
