Helen McQ. Armstrong -- My name is Helen McQ. Armstrong and I was born in the USA in the state of Delaware in December 1948 to John Hewitt McQuail and Helen Blanch Walley (spelling of Lithuanian name was changed from Wieliczka/Velcka). My mother Helen was also born in the US in Trenton NJ in 1912 to Anna Maria Sienkiewicz Wieliczka and Michael Thomas Wieliczka (spelling varies). Anna and Michael had four children total Anna b. 1911, Helen b. 1912, Mary Ann b. 1914, and Vincent Richard b. 1917. Michael Thomas Wieliczka was one of four brothers who immigrated to the US about 1909 from Vilno Lithuania--their marriage certificate states this and is preceded with guber, Vilno....I don't know the meaning of this. Michael's parents were Joseph Wieliczka who married Pauline Galinis. Joseph and Pauline stayed in Lithuania. Michael and Anna lived in New Jersey, the other brothers lived in New York and Connecticut.

Helen Galinis Kinigopoulos -- My name on my birth certificate is Helen Aukse Galinis. I was born 9-18-50 in Baltimore, MD. I am the 2nd of three daughters born to Vytautas Galinis and Ona Magdalena Bielskus Galinis. I was married to Dimitrios George Kinigopoulos in 1970. Our children are Zografa Anna Lott 9-13-70, who married Edmond Lott in August, 1995; they have 1 daughter Anna Elizabeth Lott, born 4-8-97. Further, our 2nd daughter Maria Magdalena KInigopoulos, was born 12-30-73, and our son, George Dimitrios Kinigopoulos was born 12/23/78. I am separated from their father.
My cousin's son Robertas Silbajoris has compiled an extensive, but yet incomplete family tree of the branch beginning with Vincas Galinis (1956-?) and his wife Matilda Liukinevicius. Perhaps this compilation is available on line. The info I received was through the post.
